Whilst having a successful career in Cardiology as a Senior Clinician, in 2017 I started to actively invest in property in my spare time.

Fast forward a few years, I launched Loft Property Investments in 2021, and in 2022 I decided to retire from my career in healthcare to fully dedicate myself to my property business.

We specialised in high-ticket off-market investments early on and since we launched, we’ve helped a range of institutions and HNWI acquire off-market opportunities such as portfolios of HMOs, portfolios of BTLs, Commercial assets, Development sites, and unbroken blocks across the UK.

Aidan Nesbitt

With a background in finance which started a decade ago at Barclays Bank & Together Finance, I was exposed to the property investment market from my early career.

In 2021, I founded an asset management business that controlled over £2million worth of property assets across the UK before joining Loft Property Investments as a Director in 2023.

We have an extensive UK-wide network at our disposal, which paired with our expertise in a variety of lead generation methods, gives us access to unique off-market opportunities that can't be found elsewhere.

We are a small by design, dynamic, results-driven team, which allows us to act quickly and effectively on behalf of our clients, providing consistent results and an unmatched level of service.
